Our elderflower whiskey sour

This refreshing summer drink is a breeze to make. Combine four ingredients in a shaker, shake, and serve.

The elderflower adds a delicate sweet floral note. While the lemon counteracts the sweet and adds the refreshing quality to it.

For this cocktail, we are using Giant Texas 95 bourbon from Gulf Coast Distilling. This is a 95 proof bourbon using a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The high rye content adds a bit of spice to the mixture.
